Privacy Policy
\nLast updated: October 3, 2026
\nThis Privacy Policy explains how MR Site Commander processes information when you use the service to connect and manage WordPress websites.
\nInformation we process
\n- Account and authorization information needed to identify an authorized user.
- Connected-site information such as website name, URL, permissions and connection status.
- WordPress information returned by tools you choose to use, which may include site information, posts, pages, media, plugins, themes, users, update information or commerce status.
- Security and activity records needed for approvals, diagnostics and audit history.
- OAuth authorization data required to establish and maintain an authorized client session.
Credentials and security
\nMR Site Commander uses credentials to authenticate authorized connections. Connector tokens, MCP credentials, OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are security-sensitive and must not be published. Access should be revoked if a credential is suspected to be compromised.
\nHow information is used
\nInformation is used to provide requested WordPress management functions, enforce permissions, process approval workflows, maintain security, troubleshoot failures and improve reliability. MR Site Commander does not require an OpenAI API key for its WordPress connector mode.
\nSharing and service providers
\nInformation may pass between MR Site Commander, the WordPress websites you authorize, your hosting infrastructure and an AI client you explicitly authorize. Each third-party service may have its own privacy terms. We do not intentionally sell connected-site content or authentication credentials.
\nRetention and deletion
\nConnection settings, approvals and audit records may be retained while needed to operate and secure the service. You can disconnect a website or revoke authorization. For deletion or privacy requests, contact us using the address below. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
\nYour responsibilities
\nOnly connect websites and accounts you are authorized to manage. Review the permissions granted to AI clients and connected websites, protect credentials, and promptly revoke access you no longer need.
\nChanges
\nThis policy may be updated as the service changes. The updated date on this page will be revised when material changes are published.
